I have a preforeclosure under contract with the homeowner. Do I need to go through attorney review to lock in the contract, so no one can put in another offer. Help! :-(
In many states the attorney review clause must be in the contract. during the attorney review someone can put another offer. However, most times the seller is satisfied with the buyer and continue with the contract.
