Bandit signs are no outlawed here in new orleans-i did not use them-i am new to foreclosures-can anyone share with me some secrets to use to contact homeowners BEFORE FORECLOSURE? Thanks in advance--this is a very knowledgeable and sharing group-i like the great self esteem that is here also!
I've found direct mailing is one of the most effective and easiest way of marketing. You send out letters to those homeowners in foreclosure. Other ways are phone calling and door knocking.
