Hard Money Working Loc For MN Biz Needed?
This is an odd duck and I need help. I have a client that is needing a working LOC for 3-6 months as I put together her SBA 7c deal. She needs inventory bad and needs $50,000.00 for it. I have tried all avenues that I can think of. I am stuck. She has been in biz for 6 yrs and is solid although because of another biz she has was delayed in closing over a year she showed a loss on her taxes last 2 yrs. We close on the 2nd biz this month, but she needs the inventory now for the 1st biz. Great credit, just carrying too much on her personal credit. Any ideas?? She needs the LOC yesterday-so time is of the essence. She is willing to secure the loan with receivables, real estate, inventory, etc. No one will do this becuase its too small. Please ideas or help appreciated.
