Working on a deal of 120k,and credit is low,hard cash would help?rent can be around 7-800.30yr.fix.in this area as most is rapidly going up,if no act soon will lose.11.2 down rate at 5.6apr.nice house but not occupide have a move in ready. :-?
What are you trying to do?
Unfortunitly a realtor is involved so the price went up,dont figure,but very nice home and in the area is old,40-50 yr people rent in the area goes for 1100-13 www.pm.I would have to sit on it about 2-3 yrs.but a rise is going to go,want too buy but the best way since the realtor will be taking the slack of cash that would have been extra,so I would have to mortgage it myself and have a ready to go renter.All I need to do is the down and fanangle the close into the contract as spreaded out for about 16 mths.Any better ideas??

You can be listed as an "exclusion" to an exclusive right to sell contract.
