When the vacancy factor states MVACTY what does that mean. I am checking on several investment properties and most state the vacancy factor as MVACTY....I appreciate your help.

The realtor will put MVACTY. Meaning, "MoVing ACTivelY
is the vacancy factor mactively moving up or down? LOL
