Title Search Questions

prkspilot profile photo

Can anyone give me some advice on finding a way to do my own title searches? I would like to accomplish this while spending as little as possible. Just looking for a creative way to access information regarding financing of properties including loan amount and sale dates with the loan terms included. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

    Thanks for the input, Faerl.

We have made offers on several, but up until our latest prospect have had our offers rejected. All of our offers have been after the houses hit the market. I was just concerned with pre-market offers.

I will ask the realtors like you suggested.

Or if you decide on a certain particularly lucrative deal not to clean it too thoroughly, in order to scare off potential buyers....I think that might ruffle some dangerous feathers

    some offensive, lawsuit-happy feathers

obviously: with the goal of nailing the deal for yourself
