Pool Libabilities?
Does anyone know if we, as the land lord, are required to or if it is a good idea to, have additional insurance on a rental house that has a pool?

I was under the impression, that if you have a pool, insurance goes up???? Maybe I'm wrong, but thats what I thought

I checked up on getting insurance on a rental house with a pool a couple of months back, and was told they didn't care, as long as it had a good fence around it. Without a fence, they said there wasn't much way they could get me insurance...
