I work two jobs, but am very interested in becoming an Investor myself. I thought birddogging would be a good place to start, can anyone help me with some basic guidelines and steps to start bird dogging immediately!!! Thanks alot!! BRI :-)

    Find a GOOD deal and then call the We Buy Houses ads in the paper to see if any of them are interested...
