I've never bought any land. What are some of the questions I should ask this motivated seller about land before I can go take a look and make an offer?
Know your area 1st. Then , as always, due your reasearch. Check listings in the immediate area, # of days to sell, final vs. list price. Then check those devilish details at the county & city regarding buildable
lots & the requirements. Make sure you can build and it's affordable!
Check on all fees to build, so you can be helpful to your buyer, this will provide you future leads if your knowledgeable, buyers always come back to helpful & knowledgeable sellers. Once your familiar w/ the details, consider doing joint ventures on build outs,
the profits are there- if thelot is bought right!
