Investing With Clients For Mutual Benefits
I have been investing with private groups of investors/holding partners in multiple metro areas with success. This has proved very financially effective and produced some great networks of information. I am wondering if anyone else has positive /negative experiences working in client/broker or broker/client investment relationships.

How did you meet your clients and how did you approach them with the offer to partner up with you? Thanks Tim
The majority of my clients are referrals from investors that have made money with my negotiating and experience. I usually only partner with clients I have had a consistent relationship with and the majority of the time they have approached me with the offer.
I find with money so available and deals so scarce - if you can find the deal - potential investors are a dime a dozen.
My personal experience is that Iwould rather work W/O partners
