Lenders Approving Lease Back Contracts On The HUD?
Does anyone know of lenders that do business in FL that will accept a leaseback deal on a condo-conv, where equity is dispersed to a property management company (doing the leaseback) with buyer doing 100% financing (very good credit 780, with verified assets). Everything on the HUD. Thanks
