Making Big....
Hi, Peter and David converted me from being a landlord to purchsae options 3 years ago. I had 38 single family rentals at the time, and after talking to them, i now have only 3 rentals, 22 thru purchase option, and have sold the remainder!! Moral of the story:Peter and David are excellent teachers, very ethical, and very smart. You will be wiser after learning their techniques. Prosperous investing, T.D.

Did you do a hands on course, or just read one of their books?
If you took a course, which one? And how much did it cost?

I did both . I read their first book, then I attended a 3 day seminar in San Diego, cost was 2995, I believe, and then read their latest book as well as the 1 on 1 coaching that was a part of the 3 day.
