Hi I'm a newbie, I have someone who wants to sell me their home, I would like to propose the sub2 way of buying with no down and what type of form that I would need to purchase this home. can anyone explain how can i buy this home sub2 thanks.

Why do you want to purchase the property sub 2 and does it make sense to do it this way?
