Funding For R.E. Deals
I am an investor from the Indianapolis, IN area. I am looking for funding for several pending deals and other future deals that are waiting to happen. As you all probably know, the market in Indy is very strong and has been for quite some time. I have single family and multifamily deals pending and I am seeking financing from private lenders. I am willing to pay up to 20% interest and I will pay up to 13 points. Hello,
I'm a graduate student for two more years in a small town called Murray in Weastern KY. I was told by a real estate investor in San Diego that I should learn "no money down" techniques because "they really work". I looked into Robert Allen's program but refuse to pay $$$ for the "training." I am fascinated and enjoy real estate and I would love to earn a living with it.
