Contact Seller
Is it okay to contact a seller privately? I'm working through a realtor on a property and have put in a contract. The listing agent is slow about taking the offer to seller, who by the way lives nearby the property in question. Should I approach her myself to advise her that they are trying to find her? I would like to close by Feb and have a section 8 renter lined up to go in asap. I don't want to lose the opportunity because of un motivated realtors. :-?
If the realtor is not performing than, contact the seller. You also can contact the broker and express your problems.

I did and she was eager to let go of property!!! And was fed up with her realtor, for making promises he never kept.
