Birddog newbie in north florida
Hello everyone,
I am a 26 year old looking to get started in REI, and would like to start off being a birddog. I new to to RE and have been searching for ways to get started, and from reading the post it looks like becoming a birddog is a good start. I have also read about"Subject to" investing but I don't know much about it. If anyone can give me any advise as to how I can find investors to work with or refer me to a post that I may not have seen yet, I would appreciate it.
