Bird Dogs-Florida East Coast
From previous posts looks as if there are several "Bird Dogs" from the East Coast of Florida. I wonder if some type of organization or alliance can be formed so we can help and support each other? Frequently, T/B's on initial contact really don't know what area of Florida they would like to relocate. I would think this is especially true if leads come in from a website inquiry. What do you think?
Good idea. I'm building a website for my new REI adventrue and will have a section for Bird Dogging. I will provide links and/or info for fellow Bird Doggers.

I am in West Palm Beach and I think we can all really support echother.
I am hearing about people who need help in areas that are too far for me but I could refer them to anoher bird dog or investor...
also, I have some ideas on Marketing that would be VERY effective if we had people in alot of locations in Florida...

I've had several properties fall by the wayside because of zero to very low equity and the investor I'm working with at the moment is a conventional thinker and won't touch them..he doesn't want to mess with short sales or sub2..he likes to pay cash..and wants a very big profit margin...I need! creative investors!

Hi Everyone,
Great forum, very helpful people, learning lots. I am located in the Panhandle of Florida near the Emerald Coast and was wondering if anyone could lead me in the right direction for bird dogging in this area? There is a tremendous amount of activity here due to many people not only vacatioing but also relocating their year round residence. We also have a lot of military moving in and out of the area constantly both needing homes and selling homes. There is a demand for both wood frame homes as well as doublewides.

We should think about starting up our own BD/co-op/swap/trade kind of group!

All those BirdDogs in the Jax area - I would like to have a group meeting next weekend - 8/30. How does the Denny's on Lane - just off I10 west of 95 sound? 1pm? I'd like for all the newbies and anyone else that's willing to network with us to attend. This first meeting I'd like to keep to birddogs until we get to know each other. Then continue on with another meeting where OUR contacts are invited. Then eventually branching out to ANY REI people in NE Florida.
