Hello all. Im in need of your expertise again. I am Looking to start sending letters to people whos property is going to be sold at a trustee sale. My question is.....can you shortsale a trustee sale?????????????? I am curious because it would seem that the lenders are already spending money on legal fees. Someone please help. You can short sale before the trustee sale. If there is a redemption period, then you can short sale during the redemption period. I do not think you can short sale at the actual trustee sale. Hopefully Dwan or Sharon will be able to answer that part.
