Does Anyone Remember This Post / Tip ??
I can't find it in the search function, DARN. There was a post about being able to get MLS access, for a small fee, through other agencies(?) Not sure if it was Title Cos or Brokers or what... The free sites listed on this board haven't panned out to provide much in the area of comps for my area. I'm thinking the local MLS would be best. I'm staying away from asking Realtors only because the deals I'm looking for don't have room for their fee, and I don't want to "use" them if I can't compensate them. Does anyone remember this tip??
