Tracking Spreadsheet

Hello Everyone. I was wondering if anyone out there is willing to forward to me a template on how to track properties (i.e. when postcards was mailed out, responses, etc.) in which the template can be either in Excel or Access.     Keep it simple. You are in this business to make money. An Excel spreadsheet will work very well and Excel is easy to use.
    Don't spend a lot of time tracking information. Time and experience will show you what is important to you and the way that you work. You can always come back and adjust it if it does not work.
