Tax Lien Marketing

How would one go about marketing in the tax lien marketing?

There are a lot of ideas about working the preforeclosure market, there has to be someone working strategies to aquire tax liens.

Any direction???

    There is no tax lien marketing because tax liens are not sold after they are purchased.

    The only thing I have ever heard of are investors in tax liens who think making 12% is a big deal; or a few firms set up to purchase tax liens and share the interest with investors; so that the investor makes even less than the 12%.

    If speaking to tax lien investors, you will find that they say the REAL money is in tax deed investing, not tax lien investing. I do not look at transactions unless I can makea minimum of 200% ROR.

    Sorry, everyone I know investing in TL making 6- and 7-figures a year would disagree with the analogy that deeds are making more than liens. Can you educate us? I'd hate to find out that I've been on the wrong track. I'm curious.
