I am trying to find the same type of information. I found that in every other PA county that I have researched, there are 3 seperate tax sales.. The first,UPSET, is not free and clear. 2nd, the Judicail, which are all properties not sold at the 1st. This title is free and clear of all liens.. 3rd is the Repository Sale. These are properties not sold at the 2nd. Also free and clear.

Do you know the difference between the two....It is my impression that the tax lien sale is actually a sale of tax lien certificates, and the tax delinquent sale is a sale of actual properties that are tax delinquent...
