Hi I am a new real estate investor mosthly intrested in tax deed properties, I would like to know where I can read or if you would be please willing to explain to me the process from start to done when purchasing a tax deed property, from what I need to watch for, to how the property becomes mine, so that I can sell it. Nope. This is no a classroom. This forum is for answering specific questions about issues and sharing ex periences to help out others. You need to study the topic yourself.
There was a book "LIcense to Steal" which was just on FL tax liens and tax sales. Jimmy Napier, of Chipley, FL, had the publication rights to it the last I heard. That is a small town so it will probably get to him without a specific address. Also check the internet.
Read the state statutes on the collection of delinquent property taxes. Log onto the county treasurers/tax collectors offices websites in the state and look for information on the topic.
Check for any other books on the topic.
