How Do Tax Liens Works As An Investment?
In Texas we can buy property that comes up in a tax auction when the property is taken by the county for back taxes, but I have not heard of buying tax liens in Texas. I know they can generate a good rate of return, but I do not know anything about them. Can someone explain how they work or where I can get good information to start investing in them?

I think what I was really trying to ask about were tax certificates not tax liens. Does anyone know about these? Robert Kyrosiki mentions them in his book Rich Dad Poor Dad.
