Subject To And Seasoning???
I am looking at a deal and may buy the property subject to. The question is this:
Will I be able to get an equity loan the equity in the property right after I purchase or will I have a problem with seasoning??? Purchase price is about 200,000 and I would like to pull out a little cash to cover the down payment and a little extra to cover some of my meals 
Most lenders I have spoken to say seasoning is an issue here.
