I am in the process of working on a deal at this time. I would like to know is Sub 2 investing easier than getting into contract and selling the contract?

I would like to know more about Sub2 any help on this topic would be great.

Should I stick to one thing that I understand for now, and continue learning that side first.

Could you provide some info on the deal you're working on?

What type of deal you use really depends on the seller's motivation and the price you can buy it for, along with its appraised value or after-rehab value.

you only sell a contract usually to another investor for a small fee (2000-5000) if its right than you should do a sub2 and cash out the equity depending on situation.

  • John Locke has all the info you'll need for a sub 2 deal and you can get it right here. Go to products. Good luck
