Guy Was Scum, So I Only Made $1,000.00 Today
Signed up a subject-to deal yesterday. I just didnt feel right last night. Too easy. ( John Locke did say this was easy) So this morning, like all mornings, I have a slew of nasty, smelly, stinking realtors calling be begging me for my scrap R.E. deals. Well miss B.M.W. with the short skirt and squeeky voice wants a deal, so I assigned the sub-to contract to her for $1,000.00 I should have held the contract but as uncle Bob always says, " one thousand is better than no thousand.
