There are many types of people and personalities in the world. The type of people that I see in these forums are very helpful and knowledgeable! I'm a beginning investor using the sub to technique and I'm starting from scratch.. I believe that one should give credit where credit is due! Out of the many people I've met on this board, one person in particular gave me that "help" I needed to get over some initial obstacles! That person is Mrs. Meltzer! With her help and trying the methods in John Locke's book, I feel that I will be a success! Thanks to Mrs. Meltzer, John Locke and everyone for the help! I hope to post my first deal soon!!
Doc11, you are in good hands here. There is zero tolerance for people with no patience of willingness to help others. Hope you have a good time here while you are learning your "new trade" Many huge returns on your endeavours Doc11. I for one will be watching for the big post!
