Good People There are many types of people and personalities in the world. The type of people that I see in these forums are very helpful and knowledgeable! I'm a beginning investor using the sub to technique and I'm starting from scratch.. I believe that one should give credit where credit is due! Out of the many people I've met on this board, one person in particular gave me that "help" I needed to get over some initial obstacles! That person is Mrs. Meltzer! With her help and trying the methods in John Locke's book, I feel that I will be a success! Thanks to Mrs. Meltzer, John Locke and everyone for the help! I hope to post my first deal soon!! :coolgrin:

Doc11, you are in good hands here. There is zero tolerance for people with no patience of willingness to help others. Hope you have a good time here while you are learning your "new trade" Many huge returns on your endeavours Doc11. I for one will be watching for the big post!
