Hello,

I have a possible short sale, but I am unsure what forms are required for submission to the lender. Thank you in advance for any help.

Ask the homeowner/borrower to contact the lender who will provide whatever forms it needs by mail, FAX, or email.

Regardless of whats owed the investor is surely not going to expect to get MORE than fair market value. Resub an offer at 95k and explain thats the most the buyer is willing to pay and see what happens. You can always go higher later time permited.

Stick to your guns. Make a lower offer in a week. They will except it. Good luck!
