Flip/assign/wholesale Short Sale Not Allowed?
This question is related to my previous question below. Is it true that one is not allowed to assign a short sale? This is the opposite of what I was told by a real estate broker here in NC. Someone please advise. [ Edited by TheShortSalePro on Date 05/06/2005 ]

every short sale that I have done says that I have to be the buyer on the HUD 1 and if it is any other party the offer is pretty much void. maybe someone else has a different experience?

You say that wholesaling a short sale deal can be done, but one must be discrete and lawful. How would you go about wholesaling the short sale deal discretely and lawfully. Please explain.
