i bought a multi unit from them in horrible condition. they worked a deal you couldnt imagine. see if the city has any repair orders on the property, discount discount discount. worked for me.
Can you give any info on the dicount they allowed? Also on your breakdown sis you show yourself making any profit or was all the markdown considered , and written up as repairs?
