Purchasing Retail Condos In Strip Center
Has anyone here invested in Retail Condos in a strip center? This seems to be the next big thing here, and investors are buying pre-construction units where the CAP can approx 9.5% for a brand new development. Can anyone here give me any insight throughout the US where this is happening. It seems like a way to diversify your portfolio with a much higher return.
