Rehab Newbie Needs Partner-investor
Husband and I have been wiped out by the economy and are rebuilding our lives we would love to buy rehabs as well as forclosures for resale. We can do all the leg work and most of the rehab work we need and investor to help with money. We need help getting our foot in the door and get started. The lender section of this forum can offer you all the financing you may require. Must suggestion for you in the beginning is to bird dog a couple of properties so that you can get your feet wet. Or do some buy and sell as well. Low risk for you and quite profitable start.

If you find a property and can't secure financing, drop me an email. It would need to be in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, have an ARV (after repair value) under 125,000 , selling for 65-70% including repairs.
If you plan on doing the rehab work yourself, rehab expenses would be reimbursed as work was completed and inspected by my contractor.
