Need Help marketing to local professionals for investment
Is there anyone who has succesfully marketed to their local professionals (Doctors, Dentists, Vetrinarians, etc.) for loans dealing with rehabs?
My offer would go as follows. Investor would need to be able to loan up to $50,000.00 in a 48 hour notice period. Investor would receive 15% interest on their money, with the full amount returned to them within 12 months. If principal is repaid before 6 months, investor would receive 6 months worth of interest, if repaid between 6 months & a year, investor would receive 12 months worth of interst. I need some real world advice on how to create a portfolio of these professionals that I could actually get to commit to this idea. Only respond please if you have actually succesfully marketed towards and received a commitment from your local professionals. Thank you.
