Lease Option Hot Or Not

Take a look at the forums, this has been discussed many times buddy.
Although I have never purchased any of her material, she is well known and from word of mouth, has some very good material she sells. I belonged to a REI club and when she came to speak, everyone came out for it.
I have some of her materials and I think she is very good!
However, just keep in mind that the success of your "successful investor" may have nothing to do with R. Thompson. He could have simply gone to her bootcamp for educational purposes, to boost his motivation, etc.
