Joint venture with Hard Money Lenders??
Does anyone know of any hard money lenders that will joint venture on a rehab with an option to buy 60-70% of the profits after the home is sold?? I and many of my friends in the real estate business are searching for a company that does front money 100% plus rehab costs and we will give them 60-70% of the net profits.
