iv been in the real estate investment game for 5 years
and when i first got in 50cents on the dollar was common in my market. but here recently, iv been purchasing homes as low as 30 and 40 cents on the dollar. last week i bought a 3/1 for 10k and it needed minor work. got it appraised and it appraised for 50k
wow!! i have realized that the time is know to get wealthy. by stacking as many of these deals as possible, and build a free and clear empire. i am also doing owner financing instead of renting, so i can always liquidate if i have too, to a note investor. this is the greatest time ever.
I like to think I helped the bank out in that situation. I tried to talk other buyers into taking the deal...but no takers.
That one was a sucess story. Next???
