How Much Do You Pay For Homes?

Hi: What 's the average amount that you pay for rehab homes? For instance, are the majority of the homes you buy below 100,000 or between 100-500,000? I know that it depends on your market, and I will take that into consideration when reading replies. Also, if you do not buy homes to rehab above a certain price range, why not? I'm considering wholesaling higher priced homes, but I would like your professional opinion about the market for it. Thanks so much!!!!! :-D
