IL- Cook County Recorder Remote ACCESS?

I was looking on the Cook County Recorder website and saw that they have remote access to their DIMS database. It gives you access to their mainframe through a 56k leased digital phone line. Just curious if anyone signed up for this. How much do you pay and do you think it's worth it?

    It's super expensive and is really only available to professionals such as title companies, attorneys, etc. :(
