Finding A Rehabber

Im just starting to get into the game and I think I have all the skills necessary to succeed(except for one). I cannot find good leads on rehab propertys. Im my are a it just seams everybody wants a gizillion dollars for a house that just dosent have much more appreciation value left in that area.

Any Ideas on how i cand find some good ones?
