5k Quote To Demo Out 1500 Sq. Ft. House...Too Much?
Hello All, I received a job estimate to gut a house which will include gutting small kitchen, bath, removing wood siding, taking out the old carpet, removing paneling from a 8' x 10' room. This should only take two days tops. Is this a little on the high side?

Make sure you know exactly what gutting means. Spelled out completely with no doubts in the contract. Down to what? What will and won't be included, condition left in, where the stuff goes, who pays for the dumping, ect...
