Who Do You Find More Credible?
if you were given an investment proposal to become a credit partner or money partner for a company, which company would you be more interested in? who do you find more credible and why?
company 1
focuses on acquiring properties first and then work on a system and business plan. they feel track record is more credible.

focuses on a system and business plan first and then acquire properties. they feel management and solid foundation are more credible

Motown blue collar capital of world is anxious for election day. Directly affected by NAFTA CHINA and the shift to low cost Southern States by manufacturering has driven my 1.2 million r.e. portfolio down 10% instead of up 30% in the last 4 years.
