Unable To Download PDF Files

Help! Over the last week or so have been unable to download any PDF files. Have turned off firewall and virus protectors and still nothing. What would you suggest? [addsig]

    You may need to re-download Adobe Reader. You don't need the full Adobe Acrobat, just the Reader. Go to www.adobe.com and download from there. It's free.

    open Acrobat Reader from your start menu

    under "Edit" on the menu bar select "Preferences"

    there will be a list of items on the left side -select "Internet"

    under "Web Browser Options" make sure "Display PDF in browser" is checked
