Tenant May Be Selling Drug
I purchased a quad with tenants in place, now I am down to 2 tenants right now. 1 tenant has been in the apartment 11 years. I think she is selling drugs. I see a lot of traffic that comes to her door. She has a young guy that comes and goes alot, He is suppose to be her boyfriend I heard, but he looks real young & she is much older. I have seen small empty dime bags on the ground when I am cutting the grass. This apartment complex is in a low income area, but I do not want drug activity on my property. How do I prove this & how do I get the law involved to stop this on my property?
any residue in the "dime" bags?
I imagine you could have them tested and evict her if positive.
