Soft Heat?

first-timer profile photo

I wanted to know if anyone out there is familiar with "soft heat" Its a new kind of electric baseboard that has some kind of liquid that radiates instead of just dry electric heat.

I heard it saves money over regular baseboards and it holds heat a lot longer.

I just wanted to know if anyone out there uses it, or if you have converted to it, how do you or your tenents like it.

It depends how much the lender is willing to allow for cash-out in your state. I heard it ranges from 60% LTV re-fi/cash-out to 70/80%.

I believe that American Brokers Conduit (ABC) will go up to 80% LTV on the new appraised value, Stated Income w/o seasoning, depending on your credit score. You should check their website.
