My brother has 5 homes he bought at wholesale price and looking to do land contract or lease option strategy to find buyers. Can i get some names of property management company who can handle finding buyers and servicing monthly payments? or is this impossible. The properties are in OH, MI, GA. thanks
any thoughts?
