Leases In Baltimore City

Help! Does anyone have a detailed, iron tight lease agreement for a Baltimore City rental property you could share with me?

Thanks!

I do... But really I just use a lease I grabbed off the net about five years ago. Periodically I change things according to what I see happening (adding bits about smoke detectors and lead paint certificates and even "Radon Gas," or adding a bit about extended vacation notification and whatnot).

My lawyer looked it over a few years ago and called it airtight, which was enough to satisfy me.

I could probably make a fill-in-able blank PDF version of it for you if you like. How would I get it to you?

This forum is so fricking frustrating when it comes to trying to PM and get in touch with another person to share information.

I just wanted to add something - I added to my lease after getting fined by the city for trash in the backyard -

make sure your lease states that the tenant is responsible for any violations/fines from the city if they do notmaintain the property per the lease agreement.
