Lawn Care In Lease Agreament
What does the lease that you use say with regard to lawn care. I'm renting a SFH and will expect the tenants to be responsible for the lawn and other routine home maintenance (such as air filters). How do I word this in the lease?
As far as lawncare goes, I would hire a gardener and increase reant to cover.
