Interest Paid On Security Deposit
Can anyone tell me where you go or what info you use to determine what interest rate you will pay on a security deposit? This may no be applicable to all, but in NY state, multi-unit properties must pay interest on security deposits. Thanks all.

Sorry, just found my own answer.
But in case anyone is interested, in NY interest must be paid on security deposits in buildings of 6 and larger units, and also in all rent-stabalized and rent-controlled units.
In my case, they're 4-unit buildings, so I'm okay.
