How Many Properties
How many properties do you guys own/manage. Im working for a guy right now as his leasing agent and he manages just around 100 properties making well over 150 k a year
Over the course of the next year im gonna be branicing off and starting my own management company, im wondering if any of you have your own large managment firms? If so do you have any advice?
Stoops that are 30" above the ground require a guard railing.
Stairs that rise 30" or more above grade require a railing.
Either the other quads are below 30", or the owners are not doing proper maintenance.
Seems to me that your repair guy owes you a gratis warranty repair. "Kids playing on the railing" is no reason for a railing to come off first day, IMO.
